Judy's obituary was published in the Worcester (Massachusetts) "Telegram & Gazette" on July 2, 2003:2,5

Judith (Fleming) Henshaw, 58, of 44 Armington Lane, died Monday, June 30, in UMass Memorial Medical Center- University Campus, Worcester, after being stricen [sic] ill at home.  

She leaves her husband of 36 years, Arthur C. Henshaw; a son, Timothy F. Henshaw of Haslett, Mich.; a daughter, Kristin K. Henshaw of Portland, Ore.; two sisters, Barbara F. Watson of Boulder, Colo., and Carol F. Nightingale of Clark, Colo.; nephews and nieces.  She was born in Summit, N.J., daughter of Paul E. and Edna (Johnson) Fleming, was raised in Chatham, N.J. and lived in Worcester and Shrewsbury before moving to Holden in 1971.  She graduated from Chatham High School and Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley.  

While her chldren were young, Mrs. Henshaw was a homemaker.  She later worked in publishing and printing.  She was a Girl Scout leader, a board member of the League of Women Voters, president of the Jefferson Middle School Parent-Teacher Association and a board member of Unitarian Universalist Church of Worcester and the Holden Endowment for the Advancement of Learning.  She help found the Wachusett Coalition for Choice and was its treasurer and an active board member of the Janet Fund.  She enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking travel, the beach and raising American Cocker Spaniels.  

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, July 7, in First Unitarian Universalist Church of Worcester, 90 Holden St., Worcester.  Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 6, in Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jane Fund of Central Massachusetts, PO Box 562, Holden, MA 01520; or to Gale Free Library, Special Gifts, 23 Highland St., Holden, MA 01520.

Arthur currently (2004) resides in Holden, Massachusetts.6
