William and family were shown in the 1900 census (Jun 16 1900), Union Township, Laclede County, Missouri:^b

Sarah died Jun 19 1963, buried Jun 21 1963, Zone A, Lot 184, Space 3, Valley View Cemetery, 2901 N. 3rd St., Garden City, Finney County, Kansas.^185,e

William and Sarah are buried next to their daughter Opal.^e    Also buried in the same cemetery is an unidentified infant Chester Lee Hinshaw (Jun 16 1909 - Jun 26 1909),^e who might have been an additional child of this family.^l    Also buried in the same cemetery is cousin Barnabas Coffin Hinshaw and family.^e
