A. J. Henshaw, living in the south part of the county, had his father-in-law, James Killman, arrested last week on a charge the theft of some fodder, and a civil suit for forcible entry and detainer. Mr. Killman gave bond for his appearance before Esq. McDonald last Saturday.

Jackson and Sarah were apparently divorced (even though Jackson declared himself widowed in the 1910 census), as Sarah remarried in 1912 to James Alonzo Shipp.2,14
On Feb 26 1916, "Sarah E. Shipp, formerly Sarah E. Hinshaw" homesteaded 320 acres of land in Musselshell County, Montana.16
