On Jun 5 1917 Conrad Virgille Henshaw, age 25, registered for the World War I draft in Mephis, Shelby County, Tennessee.  He declared he was born Aug 18 1891 in Fort Worth, Texas, and was then residing at 477 E. Trigg, Memphis, Tennessee where he was single, without dependents, and a telegrapher employed by the Western Union Tel. Co. of Memphis.  He was recorded as short, slender, brown eyes, black hair.1  

C.V. lived in Texas.2  

He married Vena S. -.4  Vena was born Dec 19 1889.4,5  

Conrad Virgille Henshaw died Dec 20 1967, Smith County, Texas; buried Rose Hill Cemetery, Tyler, Smith County, Texas.4,6
