Services for Edward Henshaw, Jr., former furniture manufacturer and brother of A.M. Henshaw, Superintendent of the Ohio Military Insititue will be conducted at 11:a.m tomorrow at Grace Episcopal Church, College Hill. Burial will be in Spring Grove.
Mr. Henshaw, who was 81 years old, died Monday at his home, 434 Forest Ave. Avondale, after an illness of five years. He retired 12 years ago as President of G. Henshaw & Son, Furniture manufacturer, a concern founded in 1844 by his grandfather, George Henshaw.
Edward Henshaw Jr. was born in Covington but lived in Cincinnati most of his life. He was senior warden of Grace Episcopal Church for 35 years.
Besides his brother, he is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ellen Johnson Henshaw to whom he had been married 52 years last Saturday; a son Lewis J. Henshaw, Cincinnati; three sisters, Mrs. Frederick Wagstaff, Croydon, England; Mrs. Sideny Carter; Santa Barbara, Calif., and Miss Ellen Henshaw, Cincinnati; another brother, Stanley Henshaw, former Cincinnati attorney, now in England, and three grandchildren.

Ellen died May 6 1959, Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio; buried May 9 1959, section 72, lot 71, Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio.5

Mrs. Ellen Henshaw
Services for Mrs. Ellen Henshaw, 89, mother of the Vice president of the Pierson Lumber Company., Cumminsville, will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Grace Episcopal Church, College Hill. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Henshaw, who lived at the Bishop Reese Nursing Home, 500 Terrace avenue, died Wednesday at Christ Hospital.
She leaves her son, Lewis J. Henshaw the lumber firm executive; two sisters, Mrs. Lewis M. Crosley and Mrs. A. McPheeters, all of Cincinnati; a brother , Stephen Johnson, Grand Junction, Col., and three grandsons. Her husband, the late Edward Henshaw, was president of the old Henshaw Furniture Co. here before retiring in 1934.
The Miller Funeral Home 4128 Hamilton avenue, is in charge.
