Charlene Hinshaw
Charlene Hinshaw, 71, of Miller, died at 8:40 a.m. yesterday, July 9, at Springfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Mrs. Hinshaw was born May 3, 1936, in Gay Parita, the daughter of Donald and Maxine Elliott Rose. She was a dietitian supervisor at the Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mt. Vernon.
Survivors include two sons, William Hinshaw of La Russell and Kenneth Hinshaw of Miller; one daughter, Kelly Jones of Springfield; one sister, Dela Ledbetter of High Ridge; two half brothers, Max Orr of Miller and Charles Orr of Mt. Vernon; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Bryan Orr Jr.; and her step-father, Macklin Orr.
Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 12, at Miller Memorial Cemetery with Randy Garrett officiating under the direction of Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home of Miller.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, July 11, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
