At Cherokee MM on 3-20-1917, Hazel was granted a letter (of referral) to 1st Baptist Church, Helena, Oklahoma.3
She married John Franklin.4
Hazel Pearl Hinshaw died Feb 28 1955, Stanislaus County, California.1
