Daniel's obituary was published in the "Richmond Times-Dispatch" (Richmond, Virginia) on April 28, 2011:²

HENSHAW, Daniel Wayne, age 42, of Chesterfield, Va., passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011.  He was born in Petersburg, Va., the son of William T. Henshaw Jr. and Patsy Johnston Henshaw of Chesterfield, Va.  Danny was a graduate of Lloyd C. Bird High School and John Tyler Community College.  He was an electrician with Kaiser Aluminum.  Danny is survived by his parents; a sister, Mary Beth Seay and her husband, Wesley; a brother, Trey Henshaw; his beloved girlfriend, Jennifer Woods; three nephews, Wesley, Scott and Joey; and a niece, Courtney.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 28, 2011 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Chester Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.  A celebration of Danny's life will follow on Friday, April 29, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will be private.  Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to your favorite children's charitable organization.  Condolences to the family may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
