Born Nov 20 1895, Rathbone, Steuben County, New York.1,2,3,5,6,7  (Nov - 1896).8  

He married Anna Keyser1 [Celia Anna Keyser2,4,7,9], Apr 21 19171, Caton, Steuben County, New York1.  Anna, daughter of Albert Keyser & Maud Katherine "Kate" Harris, was born Aug - 1897, New York.2,3,4,7,10,11,12  

On Jun 5 1917 Wilson Henry Hanshaw, age 21, registered for the World War I draft in Steuben County, New York.  He declared he was born Nov 20th 1895 in Rathbone, New York, and was then residing in Paint Post [Steuben County], New York, employed as a Section Foreman with the Erie Ry, married, with a dependent wife.  No previous military experience.  He was recorded as medium height, medium build, grey eyes, light hair.6
