She married Charles Henry Kegley, Jul 28 1890, Bland County, Virginia.1,2,4  Charles, son of Thomas Jefferson Kegley & Mary Jane Snavely, was born Sep 6 1867, Smyth County, Virginia.2,3,4,5  Charles was the brother of James J. Kegley who married Nora Bell's sister Ibbie.4,5

Kegley, Nora B., wife, age 28, born Feb 1872 in Virginia; parents born in Virginia; married 10 years; occupation: day laborer.
Living next door in 1900 was the family of a T.J. Kegley, age 61,6 apparently Charles' father.  Also living in Smyth County, Virginia in 1900 was sister Ibbie and her husband, James Kegley.7
