Nolie lived in Torbrook Mines.  He was a little man, and always walked like he was marching - neighbors assumed it was a carry over from his army days.3  

Brignolia Wheelock Henshaw died Jan 21 1974, Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia; aged 67 years.1,4  

Nolie's obituary was published in the "Mirror" on Wednesday, January 30, 1974 (page 10):1

Nolie W. Henshaw -

Torbrook Mines - Nolie Wheelock Henshaw, 67, of Torbrook Mines, died at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton, on January 21, 1974.  Born in Bear River, he was the son of the late Egbert Henshaw and Minnie (Armstrong) Henshaw.  He was a retired painter.  He is survived by one brother, William Henshaw, Toronto.  The body rested at the Warren T. Roop Funeral Home, Middleton, from where funeral service was held on Thursday, January 24, 1974, at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Ron Baxter officiating.  Interment was in Torbrook Mines.
