He married Thelma I. Lindsey1 [Thelma I. Lindsay6].  Thelma, daughter of Robert N. Lindsay & Ina B. Branch, was born about 1915, Beverly, Massachusetts.6

Wallace's death was noted in The Nashua (New Hampshire) Telegraph on January 22, 2000:1

HENSHAW - Died in Nashua, January 20, 2000, Wallace N. Henshaw, 83, of Nashua, NH formerly of Beverly, Massachusetts.  Husband of Thelma I. (Lindsey) Henshaw.  Father and father-in-law of Helen S. and James A. Graves of New London, NH and Linda M. and William Simms of Mineral Bluffs, GA.  Brother of George Henshaw of E. Kingston, NH and Lenley Henshaw of Cape Neddick, ME.  The funeral will be at THE CAMPBELL FUNERAL HOME, 525 Cabot St., Beverly on Tuesday at 1 p.m.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend.  Visiting hours are Monday from 3 to 7 p.m.  Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem, MA.  Memorial donations may be made to the First Universalist Church, 57 Main Street, Essex, MA 01929.

Worked as a salesman for 31 years

Wallace N. Henshaw, 83, of Nashua died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2000, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua.  

Mr. Henshaw was born in Salem, Mass., son of the late Wallace L. and Helen (Newcomb) Henshaw.  He had lived in Beverly for more than 50 years and lived in Nashua since 1997.  

He was the husband of Thelma I. (Lindsey) Henshaw.  

Mr. Henshaw worked as a salesman for Economics Laboratory Inc. in Wisconsin for 31 years before retirement.  

He was a member of the Starr King Masonic Lodge, AF&AM in Salem, AARP, United Commercial Travelers and the Beverly Senior Citizens.  

Mr. Henshaw was predeceased by a brother, Robert Henshaw; and a sister, Helen Marcheterre.  

Besides his wife, survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Helen S. and James A. Graves of New London and Linda M. and William Simms of Mineral Bluff, Ga.; two brothers, George Henshaw of Kingston and Lenley Henshaw of Cape Neddick, Maine; five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  

The Campbell Funeral Home in Beverly, Mass., is in charge of arrangements.

Thelma died Jan 19 2005, Hunt Community Nursing Home, Nashua, New Hampshire; buried Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem, Massachusetts.6

Thelma I. (Lindsay) Henshaw, 90, of Nashua, N.H., formerly of Beverly, wife of the late Wallace N. Henshaw, died January 19, 2005, at the Hunt Community Nursing Home in Nashua, N.H.  

Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of the late Robert N. and Ina B. (Branch) Lindsay.  

Mrs. Henshaw was raised and educated in Beverly and was a graduate of Beverly High School, Class of 1932.  

After her marriage, she had lived in Salem for eight years prior to returning to Beverly, where she had lived for 50 years.  She had lived in Nashua, N.H., since 1997.  

Mrs. Henshaw was a member of the First Universalist Church in Essex, Guild of Beverly Artists and the North Shore Art Association.  

She is survived by: two daughters, Helen S. Graves and her husband, James, of Yarmouth, Maine and Delray Beach, Fla.; and Linda M. Simms and her husband, William Jr., of Mineral Bluff, Ga.; five grandchildren, Randall Graves of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Calif., Lisa McHugh of Sunapee, N.H., Cynthia White of Bonaire, Ga., John Simms of Mineral Bluff, Ga., and William B. Simms of San Jose, Calif.; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  

She was also the sister of the late Chester A. Lindsay, Laura M. Page and Doris E. MacNeill.  

Her funeral service was held January 24 from the Campbell Funeral Home of Beverly.  Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem.  

Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, Attn. Development/WS, 147 Berkeley St., Boston, MA 02116-5197.
