On Nov 2 1943 Stanley C. Henshaw, a resident of Middlesex County, Massachusetts and born 1918 in Massachusetts, enlisted in the U.S. Army at Boston, Massachusetts.    He declared he had two years of high school, and was single, with dependents.^c

He married Hazel Alberta Varrell, Feb 20 1948, Wakefield, Massachusetts.^b    Hazel, daughter of Foster Eddy Varrell & Lucy Alberta Cole, was born Mar 8 1917, Connecticut.^b,209

Hazel had previously married Jun 7 1940 to Anthony John Restuccra, Jr. (1903-1950), by whom she had a daughter, Mary Louise Restuccra, Jan 16 1942.^b

Hazel died Apr 22 2006, at her home, Mankato, Blue Earth County, Minnesota; age 89.^d,209

Hazel's death was noted in "The Free Press" (Mankato, Minnesota) on April 23, 2006:^e

Hazel Henshaw, 89, of Mankato, died Saturday, April 22, 2006, at her home.    Landkamer-Johnson-Boman Funeral Home in Mankato is handling arrangements.
