HENSHAW, Ellen (nee Clarke)
Peacefully, at the Aurora Retirement Centre, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Monday, November 23, 1998, in her 91st year. Ellen, beloved wife of the late William A. Henshaw. Loving mother of Kathleen (Bob) Johnston, Joan (Peter) Morse, Bill (Barbara) and the late Lillian (Douglas) Sparks. She will be sadly missed by her ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Many thanks to the caring staff at the Aurora Retirement Centre, especially Maureen, Judith and Avril, and to Dr. Keith Matthew. Friends will be received at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Avenue, at Main Street, on Tuesday, November 24th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral in the Chapel at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25th. Interment Resthaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
