Marshal Hinshaw High Point Marshal Lloyd Hinshaw, 52, of 304 Baker Road died Nov. 16,1999, at his residence.   He was born July 16, 1947, in Guilford County, a son of Darius M. Hinshaw Jr. and Wanda Whitlow Hinshaw.  He was a birth-right member of High Point Friends Meeting and was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.  He was certified by the Montgomery County Community College in Law Enforcement.   Surviving are his mother of the residence; his fiancée, Adrian Patterson of Trinity; a brother, Jonathan Hinshaw and his wife, Barbara, of Candor; four sisters, Mrs. Vincent (Debra) Savelli of Erie, Pa., Mrs. Mark (Janice) Walker of Henry, Va., Pamela Hinshaw and Mrs. Jack (Patricia) Bentley, both of Tampa, Fla.; his grandfather, Webster L. Whitlow; eleven nieces and nephews; and an extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.   Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale with the Rev. Victor Murchison officiating.  Burial will follow in the Springfield Fiends Meeting Cemetery.  Visitation will be 7-8:30 tonight at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
