In Apr 1950 Albert Goodess Henshaw, age 60, petitioned for naturalization at the U.S. District Court in Biloxi, Mississippi. He declared he was born April 29, 1895 in Bath, Summerset, England, and was then residing at 2928 Pass Road, Biloxi, Mississippi, retired and blind; married to Gladys Anne, Aug 29 1928, Vincesses, Indiana. No children. He was recorded as 5' 11.5" tall, 154 lbs., blue eyes, gray hair, fair complexion, and "scarred left eye" and "artificial right eye".¹
