The LDS IGI (a member submission) is the only reference to this Isabel.    She is not shown in the Quaker records.    The IGI shows her birth date the same as her brother Asael (also called Asahel and Asabel) Hinshaw.    So, either Isabel and Asael were twins, or these really are the same person (probably a male named Asael).
