Domitrovich, Walter 'Butsy' Walter "Butsy" Domitrovich, 74, of Aliquippa, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002.
Born Oct. 27, 1928, in Aliquippa, a son of the late John and Anna Domitrovich, he was a member of St. Titus Catholic Church. He was a retired millwright from the Tin Mill at J&L Steel and was a member of the St. Titus Holy Name Society. He was a friend to many and enjoyed helping others in any way he could.
He is survived by his wife, Gerry (Hanshew) Domitrovich, Aliquippa; four sons and daughters-in-law, John Domitrovich and his wife, Barbara, Aliquippa; Walter Domitrovich Jr. and his wife, Susan, Economy; Francis Domitrovich and his wife, Lorna, Epworth, Iowa, and Anthony Domitrovich and his wife, Ginger, Independence; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann Barlow and her husband, Vincent, Elgin, Ill., and Laura Dickenson and her husband, Mike, Wind Gap, Pa.; 15 grandchildren, Cheryl, Caitlyn, Theresa and Rachael Domitrovich; Shelby Dworakowski and her husband, Pat; Sarah and Joy Domitrovich; Frank II and Shonnna Domitrovich; Rebecca, Alyssa and Lauren Barlow; Joshua Barlow and his wife, Sabrina, and Christopher and David Dickenson; three great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Olivia and Caleb; five brothers, Raymond Domitrovich and his wife, Wilma, Cherry Valley, Calif.; Steve Domitrovich and his wife, Helen, Beaver; William Domitrovich and his wife, Betty, Aliquippa; Joseph Domitrovich, West Aliquippa, and Regis Domitrovich, Aliquippa, and two sisters, Catherine Vukovcan and her husband, Rudy, Ambridge, and Annie Klesser and her husband, George.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, David; three daughters, Theresa, Celine and Celeste; two brothers, John Jr. and Frank Domitrovich, and two sisters, Tillie Sowa and Jean E. Hrelec.
Friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the DARROCH MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 2640 Mill St., Aliquippa, www.darrochfuneralhome.com, where a service will be conducted Friday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Titus Catholic Church.
Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
A rosary will be recited today at 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
