He was recorded as medium height, medium build, blue eyes, brown hair, with "Cl[..unclear..] & stiff leg" - "He is physically unfit". A notation was added: "Gets mail at Rush Lake".6

WAUKAU MEN FINED
John Budzin and Roy Henshaw, both of Waukau, were each fined $10 and costs on charges of operating an automobile while under the influence of liquor, when they appeared before Justice of the Peace Fred Engelbracht Monday evening. They were arrested by Motor Officer William Merkey.
