Richard Townsend Henshaw died 1938.4
Richard's death was noted in April, 1939 in the "New York Genealogical and Biographical Record".10
Richard spent many years researching his family history and prepared a manuscript, "The Record of my Ancestry", which was published by his daughter Clarissa after his death as "Belcher-Henshaw and Other Ancestry of Richard Townsend Henshaw 1882-1938 of Rye, New York, with a Record of His Descendents".4
