Vivian Ruth (Futrell) Henshaw, 79, of 155 W. Mertens, Kankakee, died 5:15 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2003, at Riverside Medical Center.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 11, 2002, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg with the Rev. Roy Lee Baker officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Garden Cemetery. Visitation is 9 a.m. to service time Friday at the funeral home.
She was born Aug. 26, 1923 in Saline County to the late Thomas and Eula (Stout) Futrell. She married Lloyd Henshaw, who preceded her in death.
She was a member of Dixon Springs Baptist Church and a retired cook for Brown's Restaurant.
She is survived by a son, Lloyd (Sam) Henshaw of South Elgin; three sisters, Mary Randolph of Marion, Emma Horton of Harrisburg, and Sally Futrell of Momence; a brother, Bill (JoAnn) Futrell; and three grandchildren, Travis, Troy, and Jason.
