Gordon Hanshaw
Service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Cooke-Pauley Funeral Home, Nitro, for Gordon H. Hanshaw, 58, of Doc Bailey Road, Cross Lanes. The Rev. Ronald Bates will officiate. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. Mr. Hanshaw, owner and operator of Hanshaw's Refrigeration and Repair Service, died Sunday of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound police said. Surviving; brothers, Harry and John, of Charleston; sisters. Mrs. Leah Pickett of St.Albins, Mrs. Gladys Taylor of Hernshaw. Friends may call today from 6 to 9 p.m.
