Born Oct - 1898, Kentucky.1
Although born Henry Pendleton,1 he was also known as Pendleton.2,3 But he signed the death certificates, as informant, for both his mother and his father, as "H. H. Pendleton".4
In 1939 and also in 1947 Pendleton was living in Hartford, Ohio County, Kentucky.4
Henry Pendleton Hinshaw died Dec 17 1956, Ohio County, Kentucky; age 58.3,5
