Born Aug 27 1915, Goldens Bridge, near White Plains, Westchester County, New York.1,2,3,4,5,6,7  

Frank was a World War II veteran, serving as a sergeant in the U.S. Army.6,7  On Dec 4 1942 Frank W. Hanshaw enlisted as a private in the U.S. Army in New York City.  He declared he had one year of college, was single, without dependents, and occupied as a "bandsman".  He was recorded as 69" tall, 133 lbs.8  Inducted Dec 11 1942; discharged Mar 25 1946.6  

He married Willa Jayne Fowler.1  Willa, daughter of Arthur Fowler & Blanche Ellison, was born May 26 1920, Ohio.1,3,9  

Frank was a talent agent, playing a role in the early careers of such artists as Nat 'King' Cole, the Four Lads, Stan Kenton, Bobby Darin and many others.2  

In 1995 Frank was living in/near Decatur, Dekalb County, Georgia.3
