Born Jun 21 1905, North Carolina.1,2,3,4,5,6,7  

On Aug 17 1930 Jesse stuck and killed his uncle Daniel Hubert Hinshaw; Jesse was charged with his murder8 (see newspaper articles below).  It is unknown if Jesse was ever convicted.  

Jesse P. Hinshaw died Jul 19 19421,6,7 [Jul 18 19422], Swansboro Township, Olslow County, North Carolina1,6,7; age 371,6,7.  Unmarried.9  Jesse died suddenly from "appoplexy"1 (presumably a cerebral hemorrhage, i.e. a stroke).10
