Melvin was shown in the 1970-1976 city directories, Salt Lake City, Utah, residing at 2522 Skyline Circle.¹² He was also shown in the 1970-1972 directories with a gas station at 1635 Foothill Dr., and a motel at 1637 Foothill Dr. (apparently the owner)¹² The 1972 Salt Lake City directory showed the following family members at 2522 Skyline Dr.:¹²

Melvin Louis Henshaw died Oct 29 1991, St. George, Utah; buried Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah.^7,8
