David Michael Henshaw, 23, Oakwood Training Center, Somerset, Ky., died Sunday, April 14, 1985 at Humana Lake Cumberland Medical Center following a brief illness. He was a native of Phoenix, Ariz. He is survived by his mother, Geralding Hansford Henshaw, 911 Gardenia Drive, Campbellsville; his grandparents, Julia Henshaw, Maplewood, Mo., Lewis Hansford, Campbellsville; two brothers, Robert J. Henshaw, Campbellsville; John Thomas Henshaw, Somerset; one sister, Linda Eye, Bardstown, Ky. He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Donald Henshaw. Graveside services were Tuesday, April 16 at 3 p.m. at the Walnut Hill Cemetery at Belleville, Ill. Pulaski Funeral Home in Somerset was in charge of arrangements.
