Nell Hinshaw Timmons HIGH POINT -- Mrs. Nell Hinshaw Timmons, 86, died Saturday, November 10, 2007, at Westchester Manor.   Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday in Sechrest Funeral Chapel on E. Lexington Avenue, by the Reverend David M. Emery.  Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery.   Mrs. Timmons was born in High Point on June 11, 1921, to John Dayton and Mamie Bowling Timmons [sic].  She was formerly employed with Bryant Electric Company as office secretary.  Mrs. Timmons was a member of Hayworth Memorial Wesleyan Church and the Lydia Tucker Sunday School Class.  She served on the Local Board of Administration, was past Secretary of the Best Years Fellowship Club, and for many years served as Recording Secretary of the church.   On December 27, 1943, she married William Stanley Timmons who preceded her in death on February 17, 1975 Surviving are her son, G. L. Timmons of the home; two nieces, Vicki Shipplett of Trinity, and Suzanne Easter of High Point; and one nephew, Keith Easter of High Point.   Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.   Memorials may be directed to Hayworth Memorial Wesleyan Church, 1696 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.   Please share your fond memories of Mrs. Timmons with the family at www.mem.com
