Charles F. Hanshew died at his home at Germantown, Montgomery County Monday evening about 8:45 o'clock from neuralgia of the heart, aged 71 years, 8 months and 14 days. He formerly lived in Frederick and moved to Germantown in the fall of 1880. He was a musician and also engaged in farming. For over 20 years he was organist at the Neelsville Presbyterian Church. Mr. Hanshew never married. Some of his relatives reside in Frederick. The body will be brought here for bural in Mt. Olivet cemetery on Friday at 12:30 o'clock.
