Born May 23 1895, Adams County, Nebraska.1,2,5,7,8,9,10,11  (Fairbury, Jefferson County, Nebraska).12  Glen and sister Maud were twins.  

On Jun 5 1917 Glen Hanshew, age 22, registered for the World War I draft in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.  He declared he was born May 23 1895 in [..unclear..], Nebraska, and was then residing in Monaca [unclear], Pennsylvania where he was married.  He was recorded as medium height, medium build, blue eyes, light hair.10  

He married Mary M. "Molly" Kuhn, about 1917.12  Mary, daughter of Frank E. Kuhn & Mary Conway, was born Feb 14 1899, Verona, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.1,2,12

Glen Hanshew died Nov 17 1957, Rochester General Hospital, Rochester, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; age 62.5,12  Medical: Glen died from lung cancer.12
