On Jun 1 1917 Frederick Charles Hinchey, age 23, registered for the World War I draft in Middlebury Township, Addison County, Vermont.  He declared he was born December 15 1893 in Rutland, Vermont, and was then residing at 45 Park St., Rutland, Vermont.  He declared he was single, and a college student at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.  He was recorded as medium height, slender, brown eyes, black hair.3  

Frederick was a World War I veteran.4  

He married Helen M -.5  Helen was born Dec 2 1906.6  

In 1942 Frederick Charles Hinchey, age 48, registered for the World War II draft in Rutland, Vermont.  He declared he was born Dec 15 1893 in Rutland, Vermont, and was then residing at 45 Park in Rutland (mailing address 349 College St., Burlington, Vermont), employed by the U.S. government at the Federal Building in Burlington, Vermont.  He declared his relative/contact was Helen M. Hinchey of 349 College St., Burlington.  He was recorded as 5' 6 1/2" tall, 165 lbs., brown eyes, gray hair, light complexion.5  

In 1969 Frederick was still living in Rutland, Rutland County, Vermont.6  

Frederick Charles Hinchey died Oct - 1969.6  

Helen died Nov - 1972.6
