She married Russell Ensign Mallery1,2 [Russell Ensigne Mallery6], Sep 24 19211,2, Novlesville, Hamilton County, Indiana1,2.  Russell was born Oct 10 1898, Hamilton County, Indiana.5  

Note that Ruby Ann's brother Homer married Jennie Mallery.6

Russell died Jan 15 1964, buried Section 12 Lot 83, Crownland Cemetery, Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana.5  

She then married Herbert Macy Beals.2,6  Herbert, son of Milton C. Beals & Ida Ellen Macy, was born Oct 29 1894.5  

Herbert had been previously married to Beulah J. Combs, who had died Jul 14 1964, and by whom he had two sons.5  

In 1977 Ruby was living in/near Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana.3  

Ruby Ann Pearl Hinshaw died Dec 21 1977, Riverview Hospital, Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana; age 73.3,5  

Ruby's obituary was published as follows:5

Ruby Ann (Mallery) Beals, 73, 475 Sheridan Rd., Noblesville, died Wednesday morning, Dec. 21, 1977 at Riverview Hospital.  She had lived in Hamilton County all her life having been born here Dec. 25, 1903 to Eli and Lizzie (Carey) Hinshaw.  

In 1921 she married Russell E. Mallery who died in 1964.  She later married Herbert M. Beals, who survives along with two sons, Charles C. Mallery, Noblesville, and T.S. Mallery, Atlanta, Ga,; two stepsons, Howard Beals, Indianapolis, and Dr. Joseph Beals, Detroit, Mich.; six grandchilden and two great-grandchildren.  

She was a member of the Union United Methodist Church.

Herbert remarried to a Mamie --.5  

Herbert died Feb 11 1991, Hendricks County Hospital, Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana; age 96.5
