Martha Hinshaw died Aug 28 1912, Watts Hospital, Durham, Durham County, North Carolina; buried Aug 28 1912, Maplewood Cemetery, 1621 Duke University Road, Durham, North Carolina.5  

Note: Martha's death certificate shows she was born in 1847 in Orange County, North Carolina (parents unknown), yet it also shows she was age 85 when she died in 19125 (making her birth about 1827).  The death certificate is mathematically contradictory.  

Never married.5
