Dorthy's sister, Lola Cahill, married Cotton's brother Dick.  

Dorothy died Sep 11 1999.3,4  

He then married Fay Marie "MiMi" Capper3 [Fay Marie "MiMi" Crowder3], Sep 2 20003, Monticello Christian Church, Monticello, White County, Indiana3.  Fay, daughter of Clarence + Lotie Capper, was born about 1934, Indiana.6,7  

Fay had been previously married to Jackson Crowder7 and had children Renee, Jaci/Jacki, Jason and Bradley Crowder.3,7  

Willis Eugene Hinshaw died Jul 17 2014, St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana; age 81.3  

Cotton's obituary was published in "The Monticello Herald Journal" (Monticello, Indiana) on Saturday, July 19, 2014:3

W.E. "Cotton" Hinshaw, 81, Monticello, died at 7:47 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2014, at St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana in Indianapolis.  

He was born April 12, 1933 in White County to Willis and Nellie G. (Medley) Hinshaw.  On June 21, 1953, in the Monticello Christian Church parsonage, he married Dorothy A. Cahill.  She died Sept. 11, 1999.  He then married Fay Capper on Sept. 2, 2000 at the Monticello Christian Church.  She survives.  

Cotton was a 1951 graduate of the Monticello High School.  He served in the United States Navy.  Cotton attended Butler University and then went to Brevard Community College in Cocoa, Fla. where he received his degree in Law Enforcement.  Cotton had worked and retired with the Cocoa Florida Police Department after 30 years of service.  He was the President of the Police Benevolence Association in Cocoa, Fla. and a member of the Monticello Christian Church of Monticello.  

Survivors include his wife, Fay "MiMi" Crowder, Monticello; twin boys, Roger (Patsy) Hinshaw, Columbus, Miss. and Richard (Madel) Hinshaw, Wichita, Kan.; step-children, Renee (Kevin) Kilbanc, Fort Wayne, Jaci (Randy) Lane, Ocala, Fla., Jason (Tara) Crowder, Goshen, Bradley Crowder, Monticello; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and brothers, William "Dick" (Lola) Hinshaw and Robert L. "Bob" Hinshaw, both of Monticello.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Dorothy A. Hinshaw.  

Visitation will be from noon until the time of service at 2:30 p.m. on Monday at the Miller-Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello.  A Celebration of Life Service will then take place at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Chris Dodson of the Monticello Christian Church officiating.  Burial will be at Hughes Cemetery in rural Monticello with Full Military Rites conducted by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard.  Memorials may be given to the Monticello Christian Church or the White County Food Pantry.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.  See: www.miller-rosckafh.com
