HINSHAW, Woodrow, age 69 of Belvidere, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016, at his residence. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on Jan. 24, 1947, to the late Lois and Lonie (Steele) Hinshaw. Woodrow worked for TDOT for 21 years and enjoyed coon hunting and raising roosters. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Rosie McGowen Hinshaw of Belvidere; daughter, Connie (James) Withers of Madison; son, Timothy Driver of Old Hickory; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at 1 p.m. in the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Keith Springs Cemetery. The family expresses their sincere appreciation to George Sisk and Connie Withers for taking care of Woodrow over the last several months.
