Born about 1709, Ireland.1

She married John Mackie, 10-12-1733, Charlemont, Tyrone, N.Ireland.2,3  John Mackie, son of Joseph Mackey & Ann Sweethen, was born Apr 20 1705, Kilmore, County Armagh, Ireland.1

John Mackie, of Kinconm Parish of Kilmore, County Armagh, Ireland, and Elizabeth Hinshaw, of Grange, Parish of "Clanfeakill", County Tyrone, were married 10 Mo. 12, 1733, in Meeting House near Charlemont, County Tyrone.2,3  Among the signers (witnesses) was Jacob Hinshaw.2

Elizabeth is not definitely known to be the daughter of Thomas & Mary Marshall.  It is speculation here that her father was Thomas: her marriage date and place makes her a contemporary of Thomas & Mary's sons Jacob & Absolem, and Jacob Hinshaw (presumably her brother) signed her marriage certificate.
