Love of Waldo.  He declared his nearest relative was J.M. Hinshaw of McNeill, Arkansas.  He was recorded as medium height, medium build, blue eyes, [unclear] hair.5  

William was shown in the 1920 census (Jan 23 1920), living in a lodging home in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas:4

He married Gladys V. -, about 1925.1  Gladys was born about 1909, Oklahoma.1
