He declared he was born January 30th 1886, and was then residing in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania where he was a laborer employed by Northern Ore Co. of Easton. He declared his nearest relative was Rosa Mary Henshaw of Easton. He was recorded as tall, slender, hazle [sic] eyes, light hair.⁴
