Catherine died Sep 7 1822, Shrewsbury, Worcester County, Massachusetts; "aged 76 years".1
Joshua Henshaw died May 27 1823, Shrewsbury, Worcester County, Massachusetts; "aged 78 years".1
A portrait of Catherine Hill Henshaw was painted about 1772 by noted colonial artist John Singleton Copley. This painting is currently (2002) in the collection of the Museo Thyssen in Madrid, Spain.7
Joshua's great nephew (apparently through his marriage to Catherine Hill), Joshua Henshaw Belcher, changed his name to Joshua Sidney Henshaw, apparently to perpetuate this childless Joshua Henshaw's name.8
