Pair Held in Car Theft Placed on Probation Albert Berlin Lloyd and Lonzo Hanshaw pleaded guilty Friday in intermediate court to a joint indictment charging theft of a car from M. C. Turley. Each was placed on probation for two years by Judge Jackson Savage. Other cases on the docket for trial Friday were continued until the next term of court.

He was a native of Ivydale, a former miner, a member of Clifftop Missionary Baptist Church, and a seven-year resident of Daniels.
Surviving: wife, Audra Hanshaw; son, Terry Hanshaw; daughter, Donna Lee West.
Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Rose & Quesenberry Funeral Home, Beckley, with the Rev. Frank Pittman officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
