Funeral services for Mrs. Mary D. Handshaw, 86, who died Saturday at her home at Anderson, IND. have been tentatively set for Sunday at Pleasant Hill cemetery, Wallback, Clay county, where the body is to be buried.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Esther Norman of Anderson, Mrs. Lillie Hershman of Valley Fork and Mrs. Rosa Wyant [sic: Wine]; five sons, Poley and Wallace Handshaw of Valley Fork, Van Handshaw of Clendenin, and Grover and Jackson Handshaw of Anderson; three step-sons, Henry, Ward and Smith Handshaw of Valley Fork; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Igo of near Newton, Roane County, and one brother, Richard Arthurs of Clay.
