Nancy and family were shown in the 1900 census (Jun 2-4 1900), Canyon County, Idaho:4

Ocker, Charles, head-of-household, age 39, born Oct 1860 in Pennsylvania; parents born in Pennsylvania; married 13 years; occupation: [..unclear..] blacksmith; rented farm.
Ocker, Anna, wife, age 31, born July 1868 in Iowa; parents born in Iowa; married 13 years; 1 child, 1 living.
Ocker, Fillmore, son, age 9, born Apr 1891 in Kansas; father born in Pennsylvania; mother born in Iowa; attended school 4 months.

Charles died Nov 26 1941, Washington.2  

She then married - Hackel.6  

Nancy Anna Hinshaw died Jun 1 1954, Yakima, Washington.1,2  

Annie's death was reported in the "Salina Journal" (Salina, Kansas) on Tuesday, June 6, 19546 (see scan below).
