On Jun 5 1917 Evert M. Hinshaw, age 25, registered for the World War I draft in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. He declared he was born July 18 1891 in Bois D'Arc, Missouri, and was then residing at 910 South Boston, [..unclear..], Oklahoma where he was single and a salesman employed by the Vince-Cha[..unclear..] Co. of Tulsa. He was recorded as medium height, medium build, brown eyes, dark hair.7
