Reece, age 26, registered for the World War I draft in Mississippi County, Arkansas.  He declared he was born April 8 1891 in Trimble, Tennessee, and was then residing in Wilson, Arkansas, a laborer employed by Lee Wilson & Co. of Wilson, with a dependent wife and two children.  He was recorded as slender, blue eyes, brown hair.11

Adah lived in Arkansas at least until 1935, where Charley was a railroad engineer; they then moved to Memphis, Tennessee, where Charley operated a derrick.1

Charles died Oct 2 1963, Leland Memorial Hospital, Riverdale, Prince George's County, Maryland; buried National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Fairfax County, Virginia.1,10,17  

Charley's obituary was published in the "Washington Post" (Washington, D.C.) on October 3-4, 196317 (see scan below).  

Adah Mae Henshaw died Nov 25 1971, North Forestville, Maryland; buried National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Fairfax County, Virginia.1,2  

Adah's obituary was published in the "Washington Post" (Washington, D.C.) on November 26, 197118 (see scan below).
