He married Parazetta Happer, Apr 28 1860, New Madrid County, Missouri.5
It is believed that Henry served in the Civil War in Company D of the 1st Infantry Battalion, 1st Division of the Missouri State Guard. Company D was mustered out on Jun 23 1861 and the 1st Infantry Division was disbanded on Dec 27 1861 at New Madrid, Missouri.4
He then married Amanda Dobkins, Jan 7 1866, Hickman County, Kentucky.1 Amanda was born about 1846, Tennessee.1,2 Amanda was a widow.1
Henry and family lived in Columbus, Ballard County, Kentucky.1
