Man hospitalized after accident

A Saturday morning accident caused one driver to be admitted to Frederick Memorial Hospital with injuries.  

According to a sheriff's report, at 11:05 a.m. Saturday, a 1982 Ford pickup was southbound on New Windsor Road, north of Fountain School Road, when it crossed the center line and struck a northbound 1984 Buick Regal.  

The Buick was driven by Willoughby Henshaw, 54, of Route 1, Box 300, Kearneysville, W.Va.  The truck overturned on impact, officers said.  

The driver of the truck was identified as Kenneth David Bosley Sr., 37 of 633 Cyril Ave., Pasadena, Anne Arundel County.  The truck was registered to the Rite Cable Company, whose home office is in North Carolina, but who has an office on Pine Avenue in Frederick.  

The Libertytown Fire Company responded to the scene and transported both men to Frederick Memorial Hospital.  Mr. Bosley was in satisfactory condition Sunday evening, while while [sic] Mr. Henshaw was treated and released on Saturday.  

Charges of failure to drive to the right of the center of the road are pending against Mr. Bosley.  The investigating officer was Dfc Mark Alexander.

In 1996 Willoughby was living in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.4,8

Muriel died Apr 12 2011.9

HENSHAW MURIEL (WILSON) 89, of Bridgeville, peacefully on Tuesday, April 12, 2011.  Beloved wife of the late Willoughby G. Henshaw; loving mother of Paul (Barbara) of Pleasanton, CA, Stephen (Beverly) of Pittsburgh, PA, Nancy Crossett (Walt) of French Creek, WV and Artha Kay Harvey (Andrew) of Canonsburg, PA; adored grandmother of six and great-grandmother of ten.  At Muriel's request, there will be no viewing or visitation.  A memorial service will be announced at a later date.  If desired, contributions may be made in her memory to Asbury Heights Foundation, 700 Bower Hill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15243 or to Trinity United Methodist Church, 530 Center Church Road, McMurray, PA 15317.  Arrangements entrusted to LAUGHLIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL.
