Arrests made by officers from the local substation of the traffic division of the Pennsylvania Motor Police over the week-end included the following: Boyce Hinshaw, Indianapolis, Indiana, who forfeited a $10 fine and costs Sunday before Justice of the Peace R. M. Straley, New Oxford, on a charge of driving 70 miles an hour.
