Ruth was shown in the 1860 census (Jun 11 1860), living in the "State Lunatic Asylum" in Worcester, Worcester County, Massachusetts:3

Ruth was shown in the 1870 census (Jul 22 1870), apparently living in a large (unidentified) insane asylum in Worcester, Worcester County, Massachusetts:4

Ruth was shown in the 1880 census (Jun 22 1880), living in the "Temporary Asylum for the Chronic Insane", Brookfield, Worcester County, Massachusetts:5

Ruth was shown in the 1900 census (Jun 26 1900), living in the Brookfield Alms House (apparently a paupers' home), Brookfield, Worcester County, Massachusetts:1

Henshaw, Ruth, pauper, age 88, born Dec 1811 in Massachusetts; parents born in Massachusetts; single; occupation: "Pauper Town Alms House"; cannot read or write.

Ruth Henshaw died 1902, buried just past the large memorial gates, Brookfield Cemetery, Brookfield, Massachusetts.6  Apparently unmarried.  

This is very likely the same as Ruth Henshaw #7335.7
