Born in McMinnville, Kenneth was the son of Robert and Marjorie McCoy. He was married May 12, 1972, in Phoenix to Pynne L. Cutts of Lebanon. She was his loving wife, companion and friend for 38 years.

He worked in sales for many years. As a business owner, he and his wife enjoyed many years working together. He retired as a cabinetmaker.
His dream was to retire with his wife, and travel in their motor home, especially visiting all the grandkids, great-grandkids, family and friends.
