By 1910 Anna had become proprietor of the Henshaw Hotel in Clarinda, Iowa11 (the origin of the Hotel and its name is currently unknown). The hotel's frame building was (maybe still is?) on Lincoln Street, in the middle of the block between 15th and 16th, facing north. It was still there in the 1950's, partly turned into apartments then.13
